Registration Levels and Fees:
Registration will be available online beginning in July 2010 or register now by mail. Contact Ron Robinson at executivedirector@uuchristian.org or UUCF at PO Box 6702 Turley, OK 74156; (918) 691-3223 or (918) 794-4637.
Please consider adding at least a $50 donation to provide scholarships for others; increasing our diversity and enriching the experience for all, in the spirit of Jesus.
You must register before October 7th 2010 to receive meals.
Scholarships are available for young adults under 35 years, for seminarians, and possibly for others in need upon request. Contact the office for more information.

Online Registration

Mail-In Registrations
Just fill out the Registration Form (.pdf file) or the one from the brochure, mail it and your fee to the address below. Note - You can not save the pdf file, you will need to complete it and print it to have a copy of your registration.

Mail it before September 19, 2010 to get early registration discount. We can take registrations by mail in our office as long as we receive them by October 7, 2010. We can also take registrations at the door during Revival, but earlier notice will allow us to provide better service to all. If you are interested in coming to Revival and want updates by email but are not ready to register yet, email us so that we know you are interested. This applies to full Revival and to Saturday only registrations. Please contact us with any of your registration questions or concerns.
