To register online click here or the button to the right. Each registrant will need to pay individually. Both Full time or single day registrations are welcome.
Please Note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a major credit card.
Donations -Please consider donating $50 toward scholarships for those in need, especially young adults, seminarians and those on fixed income who would like to attend. So that they too may benefit from such a rejuvenating experience. Donations need to be processed separately from the registration process - Thank You!

Just fill out the Registration Form on the brochure, mail it and your payment to the address below. Note - You can not save the pdf file, you will need to complete it and print it to have a copy of your registration.

Mail it before February 20th, 2012 to get early registration discount. We can take registrations by mail in our office as long as we receive them by March 15, 2012. We can also take registrations at the door during Revival, but earlier notice will allow us to provide better service to all. If you are interested in coming to Revival and want updates by email but are not ready to register yet, email us so that we know you are interested. This applies to full Revival and to single day registrations.

Those who attend Revival receive a year's membership for free.

Scholarships
Please consider a $50 donation to provide scholarships for others; increasing our diversity and enriching the experience for all, in the spirit of Jesus. Scholarships are available for young adults under 35 years, for seminarians, and possibly for others in need upon request. Contact the office for more information. We are grateful for the Rev. Mary Katherine Morn of the UU Congregation of Fairfax, and its staff, and the church for agreeing to host Revival, and helping us keep it in the Washington, D.C. area when we needed to move it from its original host site in D.C. due to ministerial transitions. It is a great space for a great program.
